SHIPPING POLICY

 

At Herbal Fetish Natural Bodycare, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to customers,, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Orders need to be shipped to an address where they will be retrieved immediately to avoid your items from melting.

 

Do not leave your packages on your doorstep, inside hot motor vehicles or mailboxes.  

 

Herbal Fetish Natural Bodycare assumes no responsibility for melting issues and orders will not be replaced.

 

Rest assured, however, our whipped butter can be whipped again if melting does occur or placed in a refrigerator. Melting does not negatively impact the properties of the whipped butter. 

 

*Tip- SKIN CONDITIONING BARS  have a 85℉ -90℉ melting point, please don’t forget them in your car on a hot day, they will melt.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 via USPS standard ground shipping. We also offer free international shipping on orders over $100.

  • USPS Standard Shipping / Transit Time: 5-10 Business Days / Cost: $8.95

  • USPS Priority Mail / Transit Time: 2-3 Business Days / Cost: $15

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Transit Time: 1-2 Business Days / Cost: $35

  • FedEx Standard Overnight Mail / Transit Time: 1 Business Day / Cost: $65

Destination: International

  • USPS Standard International Shipping / Transit Time: 2-3 weeks / Cost: $15

  • FREE USPS Standard International Shipping on orders over $100

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! We only offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Standard Overnight within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. We cannot be responsible for weather delays. Please note: Expedited shipping does not change the processing and turnaround time for your order.

When will my order ship?

Every order is made-to-order, freshly handmade in small batches, and labeled in-house. Therefore, our turnaround time to ship is 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday) of receiving your order excluding weekends and holidays.

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information that will be sent to the email used when the order was placed on our website. Be sure to check your email's spam or junk folder and add herbafetishbodycare@gmail.com  to your contacts list.

Additionally, you can find the tracking number by clicking "Track Order" or log into your account on the Herbal Fetish Natural Bodycare website. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 24-48 hours for your parcel to show movement after the tracking number is issued from our system.

How do I track my order?

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours) to the email used when the order was placed on our website. You will then receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package to its destination. Be sure to check your email's spam or junk folder and add info@nooriskintherapy.com to your contacts list.

Additionally, you can find the tracking number by clicking "Track Order" or log into your account on the Noori Artisan Skin Therapy website. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 24-48 hours for your parcel to show movement after the tracking number is issued from our system.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address

 

Accidentally made a shipping address mistake or typo? No worries! Please contact us within 3 hours after your order has been placed for us to update your shipping address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times. Hence there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If it's too late for our team to change the shipping address, you can return your package to us once you've received it. Customers are responsible for returns shipping, and we highly recommend you insure and track your package.

If your package does get returned to us due to an invalid address, you'll be notified immediately to arrange for reshipment at your shipping expense. The postal company does not reimburse us when a package is returned. Therefore we're unable to re-send any packages free of charge.. If the shipping address mistake was on our part, we take full responsibility and will resend your package out to you for free with the correct shipping address.

The post office said my package was lost

 

If the post office confirms your package as "lost," we will re-ship your order for free to the shipping address that you provided. We're not responsible for any packages delayed in transit or held up in customs.

Tracking states my package was delivered, but I never received it

 

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received it, please contact your local postal courier to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order's shipping address.

Summer Shipping (June-October)

 

During the summer months of June to September, orders need to be shipped to an address where they will be retrieved immediately to avoid your items from melting. Do not leave your packages on your doorstep, inside hot motor vehicles or mailboxes. Herbal Fetish Natural Bodycare assumes no responsibility for melting issues and orders will not be replaced.  International Shipping Policy

Do you ship internationally?

 

Absolutely! We offer FREE international shipping on orders over $100.

On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 2-4 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. Customs and duty fees are not included, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for the country to country; please contact your local customs office if you have any questions.

Taxes & Duties

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).

 

All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you accept returns?

Herbal Fetish Natural Bodycare regrets that we unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of our skincare products. Every item you receive is freshly handmade and made-to-order for you, and only you.

We understand scents are very personal to the individual and each person's body chemistry is different. That's why we strongly suggest you always read the list of ingredients to confirm whether you have any allergies to ingredients within the products, especially if you are new to Herbal Fetish Natural Bodycare or are unsure of the scent you would like to try. Therefore, we do not give refunds or re-ship products unless an error on our part has occurred (i.e we sent the wrong item out). We appreciate you for understanding.

Can I return an e-gift card?

Gift card purchases are final.
