My product smells slightly nutty. Why?

Help! I found a tiny rock in my Shea butter!

 

Because our kinds of butter and oils are raw, pure, and unrefined, you may find tiny natural particles in your items. We do our very best to inspect every inch of our products, but on rare occasions, we may miss some areas. Rest assured your product is still fresh and good to use, so there's no need to be alarmed.

How can I edit my order after I payed?

Orders can only be changed if the items haven't shipped yet. Please contact customer support with your request and order number immediately to attempt a change.

How can I cancel my order?

All orders have approximately a 30-minute window before processing is complete, and can be canceled by contacting us, emailing herbalfetishbodycare@gmail.com or through our live chat on our website. Please have your order number ready. After the 30-minute window period, the order cannot be canceled

Currency Conversion

All prices listed on the website are in US dollars. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by the seller.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations. In order to determine an estimated exchange rate for your currency, we recommend using an online currency converter.

Shipping & Verification

Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (Street number and name, City, State, and Zip Code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.

It looks like you charged my card multiple times. Help!

Unless you received an order confirmation, we did not charge your card. If your credit card was declined, you may see pending transactions for each attempt to submit payment. The pending transaction will clear up within three to five business days, depending on your bank, and will never turn into a charge. You will always get an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site. Please check your billing address before submitting the order again.

Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely! We offer FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $75 via USPS standard ground shipping. We also offer FREE international shipping on orders over $100 via USPS standard international shipping.

When will my order ship?

Every order from Noori Artisan Skin Therapy is made-to-order, freshly handmade in small batches, and labeled in-house. Therefore, our turnaround time to ship is 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday) of receiving your order excluding weekends and holidays.

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information that will be sent to the email used when the order was placed on our website. Be sure to check your email's spam or junk folder and add herbalfetishbodycare@gmail.comto to your contacts list.

Additionally, you can find the tracking number by clicking "Track Order" or log into your account on the Herbal Fetish Natural Bodycare website. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 24-48 hours for your parcel to show movement after the tracking number is issued from our system.

How do I track my order?

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours) to the email used when the order was placed on our website. You will then receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package to its destination. Additionally, you can find the tracking number by clicking "Track Order" or log into your account on the Herbal Fetish Natural Bodycare website.. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 24-48 hours for your parcel to show movement after the tracking number is issued from our system.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address

Accidentally made a shipping address mistake or typo? No worries! Please contact us within 3 hours after your order has been placed for us to update your shipping address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If it's too late for our team to change the shipping address, you can return your package to us once you've received it. Customers are responsible for returns shipping and we highly recommend you insure and track your package.

If your package does get returned back to us due to an invalid address, you'll be notified immediately to arrange for reshipment at your shipping expense. The postal company does not reimburse us when a package is returned, therefore we're unable to re-send any packages free of charge. If we do not hear back from you, we will refund your order minus the original shipping fees. If the shipping address mistake was on our part, we take full responsibility and will resend your package out to you for free with the correct shipping address.

The post office said my package was lost

In an event that your package is confirmed by the post office as "lost," we will re-ship your order for free to the shipping address that you provided. We're not responsible for any packages delayed in transit or held up in customs.

Tracking states my package was delivered but I never received it

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered to your shipping address but you have not received it, please contact your local postal courier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order's shipping address. Thank you for understanding.

Summer Shipping (June-October)

During the summer months of June to September, orders need to be shipped to an address where they will be retrieved immediately to avoid your items from melting. Do not leave your packages on your doorstep, inside hot motor vehicles or mailboxes. Herbal Fetish Natural Bodycare assumes no responsibility for melting issues and orders will not be replaced. Rest assured, however, our Shea butter can be whipped again if melting does occur or placed in a refrigerator. Melting does not negatively impact the properties of the Whipped butter.
